The cash drop is applied automatically as each week closes, as part of the
Friday end-of-cycle process, for every active tournament that overlaps the week. A
multi-week tournament is handled week by week — there is nothing to run by hand.
Anything changed here takes effect on the next week to close. Weeks that
have already closed and been sent to the ACH are never re-touched.
